Registration Fees

Fees for participation in the Event include all plenary events and meals listed in the final conference program, the Welcome Reception at the Residenz München on 15 October 2018 and the Charity Gala Dinner at the Bayerischer Hof on 16 October 2018.

Registration fees are scaled as follows:

Early Bird A: Fee for early registration by 7 September 2018	710,- €
Early Bird B: Fee for early registration by 7 September 2018 for Ghorfa members, provided with a discount code	585,- €
Early Bird C: Fee for early registration by 7 September 2018 for partners, provided with a discount code	645,- €
Regular registration A	755,- €
Regular registration B for Ghorfa members, provided with a discount code	585,- €
Regular registration C for partners, provided with a discount code	685,- €
Conference Pass for Students	390,- €
Charity Gala Dinner for Students	255,- €

All fees are given in Euros plus 19 percent value added tax.

Payment can be made by credit card only (VISA, MasterCard, American Express).

Payment for the early registration must be made by 11:59 pm on 7 September 2018 at the latest. After that the regular registration fee will apply.

The registration fees will be collected by MediaCompany GmbH on behalf of CrossCultures Network GmbH.
